Denta Water Recommends Final Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026. The company also reported its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The record date for determining dividend entitlement has been fixed as September 16, 2026. The dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days from the AGM, after deduction of applicable taxes.
