Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Board Approves Re-appointment of Director

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain as a whole-time director. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 25, 2026. Mr. Jain, who retires by rotation, is eligible and offers himself for re-appointment. He is confirmed not to be debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
