Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya re-appoints Arihant Kumar Jain as Whole-Time Director

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Arihant Kumar Jain as a whole-time director at its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 25, 2026. Mr. Jain, who retires by rotation, was eligible and offered himself for re-appointment. The company confirmed that Mr. Jain is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority. Mr. Jain, aged 37, is a graduate with over 5 years of experience in accounts and business management. He is the son of the Managing Director, Mr. Tosh Kumar Jain, and Mrs. Monika Jain, a Whole-time Director.
