Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Shifts RTA Electronic Connectivity

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited has announced the shifting of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) electronic connectivity from M/s. MAS Services Limited to M/s. Nivis Corpserve LLP. This change will be effective from June 17, 2026. MAS Services Limited will cease to act as the RTA for electronic connectivity from the beginning of the business day on June 17, 2026, and Nivis Corpserve LLP will commence its services on the same date. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 7 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
