Xduce Technologies Pvt Ltd has acquired 23.96% shares in Dev Information Technology Ltd from the open market. Before the acquisition, Xduce Technologies held 0.26% shares in Dev Information Technology Ltd, which has now increased to 23.96%. The acquisition was made on 25th March 2026.
