Dev IT FY26: Net Profit Surges 381.44% to ₹74.24 Cr

Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEV IT) reported strong FY26 results, marked by strategic partnerships and enhanced digital capabilities. Standalone net profit soared by 381.44% to ₹74.24 Cr, with revenue increasing by 1.29% to ₹165.42 Cr. Consolidated net profit jumped 411.48% to ₹75.60 Cr, while revenue rose by 5.21% to ₹193.50 Cr. Key developments include XDuce acquiring a 24% strategic stake in DEV IT and an exclusive distribution agreement with A21 Technologies. The company also transferred its product businesses to Byte Technosys Private Limited for ₹11.90 Cr.
