Dev Labtech Venture Ltd Receives $500,000 Purchase Order from American Jewellery LLC for Lab Grown Diamonds

Dev Labtech Venture Ltd, a company with scrip code 543848 and scrip ID DEVLAB, has received a purchase order from American Jewellery LLC Company for supply of Lab Grown Diamonds (CVD) of different sizes. The total amount of the order is $500,000, which is approximately INR 4.18 Crore based on the prevailing rate of 1 USD at Rs. 83.5458 as on 14.06.2024. The delivery terms are as per the schedule shared by the customer from time to time. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July, 13, 2023.
