Devine Impex Ltd Closes Trading Window for Directors and Designated Persons

Devine Impex Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30'September, 2025. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the unaudited financial results will be communicated in due course.
