Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd has completed the slump sale of its Meerganj Unit, a sugar factory located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, to Forever Global Enterprises Limited. The transaction was finalized on June 18, 2026, with the company receiving a purchase consideration of 305 Crores. The completion involved the execution and registration of the conveyance deed, following the Business Transfer Agreement signed on April 20, 2026. This divestment was previously intimated to the exchanges.
