Dhampure Specialty Sugars Approves Q1 FY27 Un-audited Results

Dhampure Specialty Sugars Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 4, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sorabh Gupta as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective October 1, 2026. Additionally, the 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026, to consider the Board's Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Mrs. Uma Verma was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
