Dhampure Sugars Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results & AGM Details

Dhampure Specialty Sugars Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 4, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sorabh Gupta as Managing Director for three years effective October 1, 2026, and set the 34th Annual General Meeting for September 15, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's Report and Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Mrs. Uma Verma as Scrutinizer for the AGM.
