Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results and the limited review report during a meeting held on August 12, 2026. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The figures for the previous year have been regrouped and reclassified where necessary.
