Keshav Inani, a promoter of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited, has acquired 1,57,786 equity shares, representing 2.02% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. This acquisition occurred through transmission from the late promoter, Mr. Sri Gopal Inani, via an off-market transaction on June 30, 2026. Following this, Keshav Inani's total holding, along with persons acting in concert, increased to 5.68% (443,336 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 78,00,600 equity shares.
