Dhanashree Electronics Ltd. Approves Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for Q3 2025

Dhanashree Electronics Ltd. has approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 31 December, 2025. The meeting was held on 14th February, 2026 and commenced at 3.00 p.m., concluding at 16:3S p.m. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter taken on record by the Board. The Statutory Auditors, M/s Surana Sunil & Co, Chartered Accountants, have also carried out a limited review of the results.
