Dhanashree Electronics Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until April 1, 2026

Dhanashree Electronics Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter ended 31st March, 2026, will be intimated separately.
