Dhani Services Ltd, through its subsidiary companies, has executed MoUs/Collaboration Agreements with landowners for four real estate projects in Haryana. The projects, which will be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and receive all other applicable regulatory approvals in FY 2025-26, include a mixed-use project in Sector 105, Gurgaon, a commercial project in Sector 99, Gurgaon, another commercial project in Sector 99A, Gurgaon, and a residential plotted project in Sector 2, Kharkhoda, Sonipat. The anticipated revenues from these projects are INR 3,220 crores for the mixed-use project, INR 1,100 crores for the commercial project in Sector 99, INR 1,250 crores for the commercial project in Sector 99A, and INR 200 crores for the residential plotted project in Sector 2, Kharkhoda, Sonipat, totaling INR 5,570 crores.
