Dhanlaxmi Bank Appoints T.V Rao as Additional Director

Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has appointed Mr. T.V Rao as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) to its Board, effective September 01, 2026. The appointment was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 07, 2026. Mr. Rao brings over 35 years of experience as a career Central Banker with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), specializing in bank regulation, supervision, compliance, and financial inclusion. He will hold the position for a period of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. The bank confirmed Mr. Rao is not debarred from holding such an office.
