Dhanlaxmi Bank Appoints/Re-appoints Directors at 99th AGM

Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd announced key directorial changes following its 99th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 23, 2026. Dr. Jineesh Nath C.K has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Sri. Rajan TX and Sri. T.V Rao have been appointed as Independent Directors, not liable to retire by rotation. Sri. Rajan TX's appointment is for five years effective July 29, 2026, bringing extensive experience from the Reserve Bank of India. Sri.
