Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd. Approves Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q3 2025

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd. announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the results in a meeting on January 30, 2026. The company reported a profit before exceptional items & taxes of Rs. 1,449.23 Lacs and a profit for the period of Rs. 8.22 Lacs in standalone financials. In consolidated financials, the profit before exceptional items & taxes stood at Rs. 446.77 Lacs and the profit for the period was Rs. 1.79 Lacs. The textile processing unit at Dombivali was permanently closed, leading to a reduction in sales. The company sold its full stake in the subsidiary company DFL Fabrics Private Limited on April 22, 2025, and the results have been consolidated only up to the date of disposal. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) as prescribed under section 133 of Companies Act 2013.
