Dhanuka Agritech Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Ireland

Dhanuka Agritech Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Dhanuka Agritech Europe Private Limited, in Ireland. This new entity, established under Irish law, will focus on agrochemical business activities and related ventures. The incorporation was approved by the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland. Dhanuka Agritech has subscribed to 100 ordinary shares of EUR 1 each for a total consideration of EUR 100, acquiring 100% of the share capital. The subsidiary has not yet commenced business operations and therefore has a turnover of Nil.
