Dhanuka Agritech Q4 Net Profit Up 29.50% YoY to ₹97.77 Cr

Dhanuka Agritech reported a 29.50% YoY increase in net profit for Q4 FY26, reaching ₹97.77 crore. Revenue from operations rose by 9.35% YoY to ₹483.34 crore, and EBITDA increased by 13.79% YoY to ₹124.89 crore. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company recorded a total income of ₹2,06,280.10 lacs and a profit after tax of ₹28,723.49 lacs. The board approved a buyback of up to 5,00,000 equity shares at a maximum price of ₹1,400 per share and declared a final dividend of 100%, equivalent to ₹2 per share.
