Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations 2015

Dhanvantri Jeevan Rekha Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all Directors, KMPs, and designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 15th April 2026 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Financial Results for the Financial year ending 31st March 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Financial Result of the company for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2026 will be informed in due course.
