Dharani Finance Updates Authorized Email IDs for Materiality Disclosures

Dharani Finance Ltd has updated the email addresses of its authorized officials responsible for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges. The revised email IDs for the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer are now md@dharanifinance.com, cfo@dharanifinance.com, and cs@dharanifinance.com, respectively. All other previously intimated details for these officials remain unchanged. This update is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
