Dharani Sugars Board Approves Audited Results for FY26

Dharani Sugars & Chemicals Ltd's board meeting on May 16, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also appointed M/s Srinivasan & Shankar as Internal Auditor for FY27 and M/s SRR & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26-27. Additionally, M Damodaran & Associates LLP was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mrs. Visalakshi Periasamy was re-appointed as a Director, subject to shareholder approval. The 39th AGM is scheduled for the 4th week of September 2026 via video conference.
