Dhatre Udyog Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct for Insider Trading'. The trading window will be closed from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2025 will be informed in due course.
