Dhillon Freight Carrier Board Meeting on Sep 4, 2026

Dhillon Freight Carrier Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026. The agenda includes approving the Directors Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), fixing the date, time, and venue for the 12th AGM, and approving the notice for the same.
