Dhillon Freight Carrier Ltd Satisfies Charge & Withdraws Investment Proposal in Favor of New One

On 30th January, 2025, the Board of Directors of Dhillon Freight Carrier Ltd convened a meeting to discuss several matters. Firstly, they acknowledged the satisfaction of a charge created in favor of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, which was registered with the ROC under Charge ID 100649735. The charge was fully satisfied following the repayment of the underlying borrowings. The Board also authorized any directors to file Form CHG-4 with the ROC and to perform any necessary acts, deeds, and things in this regard. Secondly, the Board decided to withdraw the investment proposal for M/s DFC Milesix Private Limited and instead opted to invest in DFC ECOMOVE Private Limited, a subsidiary of Dhillon Freight Carriers Limited, which is yet to be incorporated.
