Dhillon Freight Carrier Ltd. to Borrow Funds from Kotak Mahindra Bank & Axis Bank and Invest in Subsidiary Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dhillon Freight Carrier Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors approved the borrowing of funds from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and Axis Bank Ltd. The company will avail a financial facility of INR 1,83,90,000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and not more than INR 2,00,00,000 from Axis Bank Ltd. Additionally, the Board approved making an investment in DFC Milesix Private Limited, a subsidiary of Dhillon Freight Carriers Limited, for the purpose of subscribing to its share capital and supporting business expansion.
