Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajgopal Ramdayal Dhoot as a Director. Mr. Dhoot, who retires by rotation, was eligible for re-appointment and has been confirmed not to be debarred by any regulatory authority. He has been associated with the company since 1986 and holds a B.A. in Economics. He is the father of the Managing Director, Mr. Rohit Dhoot, and father-in-law of Director Mrs. Vaidehi Rohit Dhoot.
