Dhoot Transmission Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on September 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. Concurrently, the company has implemented a trading window closure for its designated persons and insiders, effective August 17, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, extending up to September 6, 2026.
