DHP India Appoints Sukanto Kumar Sahu as New Cost Auditor

DHP India Ltd announced a change in its cost auditors. The current cost auditor, Mr. Kishore Majumdar, has resigned effective May 30, 2026, due to ill health. The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Sukanto Kumar Sahu as the new Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment is subject to Central Government approval, and the agreed-upon fee is Rs. 25,000 plus GST. Mr. Sahu has confirmed he is independent and has no disqualifications.
