Dhruv Consultancy Incorporates Subsidiary, Acquires 55% Stake

Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has incorporated VERUL DRIVEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED and acquired a 55% stake by subscribing to its share capital. This new subsidiary will focus on the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities on National Highways in Maharashtra, on a BOT basis for a 15-year lease. The project is based on a Letter of Award received from National Highway Logistics Management Limited (NHLML). VERUL DRIVEHUB PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on June 18, 2026, and currently has NIL turnover. The acquisition is considered an arm's length transaction and aligns with Dhruv Consultancy's strategy to expand its infrastructure business portfolio.
