Dhruv Wellness Limited: 3rd Committee of Creditors Meeting Approves Minutes of Previous Meeting and Accepts Delayed Claims

The 3rd Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting of Dhruv Wellness Limited, held on Tuesday, 29th July 2025, approved the minutes of the 2nd CoC meeting. The meeting also discussed the CIRP costs and approved the expenses incurred by the Resolution Professional (RP). The RP informed the CoC about the filing of an Interlocutory Application under section 19(2) against the suspended management for non-provision of required details, data, and information. The RP also updated the members about the withdrawal of a contempt application filed against an applicant, Mr. Deepak Jha, for non-remittance of Rs. 3,00,000. The CoC members were also updated about the claims received from MAS Financial and CDSL, which were categorized as acceptable by the RP. The RP sought approval from the CoC members regarding the same. The RP also discussed the receipt of Expression of Interests (EOIs) from 28 prospective Resolution Applicants, including M/s. Finance Sunbridge Agro, whose EMD was received after the stipulated last date.
