Dhruv Wellness Ltd. Holds 3rd CoC Meeting: 28 EOIs Received, New Claims Discussed

Dhruv Wellness Ltd. held its 3rd Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The meeting was conducted via video conferencing due to the ongoing pandemic. The CoC discussed various agenda items, including the approval of minutes from the previous meeting, ratification and approval of CIRP costs, and updates on contempt filings and new claim receipts from MAS Financial and CDSL. The CoC also discussed the receipt of Expression of Interests (EOIs) from 28 prospective Resolution Applicants. The Information Memorandum, RFRP (Request for Resolution Plan), and Evaluation Matrix were prepared by the Resolution Professional and were approved by the CoC. The methodology of voting was also discussed.
