Dhruv Wellness Ltd. to Hold 4th Meeting of Committee of Creditors

Dhruv Wellness Ltd. is set to hold the 4th meeting of its Committee of Creditors (CoC) on 13th August 2025 at 05:00 PM via virtual video conferencing. The meeting aims to discuss various agenda points including the approval of minutes of the 3rd CoC meeting, ratification and approval of CIRP costs, update on new claims, and appraisal of the final list of prospective Resolution Applicants. The CoC will also discuss the conduct of statutory and transaction/forensic audits of the CD, and filing of IA for exclusion of 20 days and extension of CIRP period by 90 days with the Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority, NCLT Mumbai bench.
