Dhunseri Tea re-appoints Bharati Dhanuka as Vice Chairman & MD

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Ms. Bharati Dhanuka as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for a fresh term of three years, effective April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The company also disclosed its un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹32,624.34 Lakhs, with a profit after tax of ₹1,090.92 Lakhs. For the half-year, revenue was ₹1,043.16 Lakhs and profit after tax was ₹66.15 Lakhs. Ms. Dhanuka is the daughter-in-law of Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. C.K. Dhanuka.
