Oswal Energies acquires 7.98 lakh shares in Dhyaani Tradeventtures

Oswal Energies Limited has disclosed the acquisition of 7,98,000 equity shares of Dhyaani Tradeventtures Ltd through open market purchases. The acquisition took place on September 18 and 21, 2026, and was reported under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Before this transaction, Oswal Energies held 8,00,800 shares. Post-acquisition, their total holding in Dhyaani Tradeventtures Ltd has increased to 15,98,800 shares, out of the total equity capital of 1,70,24,000 shares.
