Diamant Infrastructure Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Diamant Infrastructure Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window is closed from 1st April 2026 for the purpose of considering audited financial results for the quarter, half year, and financial year ended 31st March 2026.
