Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has issued a clarification regarding the composition of its Management Committee, as disclosed in the outcome of its Board Meeting held on June 18, 2026. An inadvertent clerical error led to the committee being incorrectly reported with three members instead of the actual four. The Board of Directors has approved the reconstitution of the committee, which will now comprise four members: Mr. Rakesh Shah (Chairperson), Mr. Himanshu Shah (Member), Dr. Varsha Adhikari (Member), and Mr. Pawan Lohiya (Member). The committee has been delegated powers for the proposed issuance of Eligible Securities through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).
