Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a letter of intent from Adani Green Energy Limited for the supply of cables worth Rs. 19,57,11,313/- inclusive of GST. The order is to be executed within 15 days from the issuance of the Letter of Intent. The order does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions and none of the Promoter/Promoter Group/Group Companies have any interest in the entity.
