Diana Tea Company Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Result Declaration

Diana Tea Company Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration and declaration of the financial results will be communicated separately.
