DIC India Appoints Two Independent Directors, Two Resign

DIC India Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Tony Sirohi and Ms. Shalini Kapoor as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Both appointments are for a term of 3 years. The company also reported the resignation of Mr. Prabal Sarkar and Ms. Pritha Dutt from their positions as Independent Directors, effective November 5, 2026. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report.
