Trading Window Closure Announced by Digicontent Ltd for Quarter and Financial Year Ended 31st March 2026

Digicontent Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 31st March 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the Stock Exchanges. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the AFRs will be intimated later.
