Digilogic Systems Board Approves AGM, Loan Proposals Up to ₹5 Cr

Digilogic Systems Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 22, 2026, approving the Board's Report for FY26 and scheduling the 15th Annual General Meeting for September 21, 2026. The board also approved advancing loans or providing guarantees up to ₹5 Crores for the company and its subsidiary, Abhedhya Systems Private Limited.
