Digitide Solutions Appoints Harigovind Krishnasamy as CFO

Digitide Solutions Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Harigovind Krishnasamy as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with immediate effect. He will officially assume the role of CFO and Key Managerial Personnel from October 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Suraj Prasad, the current CFO, will transition to the role of Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer and Senior Management Personnel, also effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Prasad will continue his CFO duties until September 30, 2026. Mr. Krishnasamy brings over 21 years of finance leadership experience, including roles as CFO at Matrimony.com Limited and Indiavidual Learning Limited (Embibe).
