Digitide Solutions Appoints New CFO and Chief Strategy Officer

Digitide Solutions Limited announced two key senior leadership appointments to support its profitability-led strategy. Harigovind Krishnasamy has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with immediate effect, and will officially assume the CFO role on October 1, 2026. Suraj Prasad will transition from CFO to Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, also effective October 1, 2026. These changes are part of Digitide's focus on disciplined capital allocation, accelerating AI and digital capabilities, and pursuing strategic growth opportunities through build, partner, and acquire initiatives. Krishnasamy brings over 21 years of finance leadership experience, while Prasad will focus on portfolio transformation, M&A, and investor relations.
