Digitide Solutions Appoints Sameer Ahluwalia as CEO

Digitide Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr. Sameer Ahluwalia as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, effective June 01, 2026, for a term of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. This follows the resignation of Mr. Gurmeet Singh Chahal from the same position, effective May 31, 2026. Mr. Chahal will assist with the transition. Mr. Ahluwalia's appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company has confirmed that Mr. Ahluwalia is not debarred from holding the office of director by any regulatory authority.
