Digjam Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 21, 2026, approved the change of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited. This change is intended to leverage enhanced technological capabilities and improve investor servicing. The Board also considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
