Digjam Ltd Trading Window Closed for Designated Persons until 48 hours after Q4 and FY26 Results

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Digjam Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company. The trading window closure is effective from trading hours of April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This applies to all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated separately.
