Diksha Greens Ltd Announces Changes in Board of Directors, Resignations, and Approval of Annual Report

Diksha Greens Ltd has announced several changes in its Board of Directors, including the resignation of Mrs. Sreejita Chowdhury as Independent Director and Mrs. Sunita Pirogiwal as Whole-Time Director. The company has also approved the change in designation of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pirogiwal from Managing Director to Executive Director, and the appointment of Mr. Somnath Nanda as Managing Director and Executive Director.
